The ideal accommodation for 4/5 people has two huge terraces (40 m² each) to host your professional meetings during congresses or simply to relax with friends facing the sea. Quiet and bright, in the heart of the old port, you will be 5 minutes walk from the Palais des Congrès and the Croisette.
The accommodation
The completely refurbished accommodation consists of a large living-dining room (TV, Sofa bed, large extendable table for 6/8P) with its fully equipped open kitchen (Oven, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer) all overlooking the south-facing terrace, its 3 large bay windows and the breathtaking view of the Mediterranean (including a large dining table, a summer lounge, 3 deckchairs); two bedrooms equipped with smart TV and 2 private walk-in shower rooms opening onto the north terrace (including some sports equipment with a view of the pre-Alps), one with WC and a private toilet as well as a laundry room washing machine and dryer. There is fiber, reversible hot/cold air conditioning throughout and individual. The accommodations are new. Paid parking and a supermarket are also just below the building.

You will be in a top floor apartment in the heart of the Old Port district of Cannes, a 5-minute walk from the Palais des congrès, rue d'Antibe, the TGV station, and Le Suquet. You can leave your car in the underground parking lot of the Carrefour supermarket and literally do everything on foot.
