The apartment is in a good location and is definitely roomy. To clarify some points. The showers are inside all but 1 bedroom and there’s only 2 toilets in the apartment. They are separate from the showers and get awfully hot - one does not have a sink to wash hands. It was quite a strange setup. Also the apartment is on the 3rd floor it is NOT an easy stride especially with 50 pound luggages or after dinner and drinks. In regards to the area honestly everything is unbelievably convenient - the market steps away - restaurants - beach etc. there is a free public beach about 10 minute walk all others are seat rentals 35 and up. Parking is within feet but was tricky to enter with your car. Unfortunately there is a public restroom within feet of property so homeless people hang out there and we got to witness them urinating publicly several times. You can also smell it. That was not pleasant. The apartment is stocked with everything. They provide towels shampoo conditioner etc. they do not provide beach towels. Francois was nice lady on arrival chatting with us She didn’t provide too much information but pointed us to the pamphlets and book signed by guests. We had a bathroom that was leaking and were told not to use it the first night and when we used it the second night it leaked into our kitchen and we were told not to use it again. With the group size we had that was NOT convenient and we were not compensated for the inconvenience. We removed all sheets and collected dirty towels and left them in laundry and Francois showed appreciation for that. Overall it was a fine rental but in retrospect I wish I knew about the bathroom setups beforehand I may not have rented.

Great location close to the market, port and beach. Tight stairs to carry bags on arrival and leaving but in all very happy about the stay

Our stay in Cannes was perfect for my group. The property manager was extremely responsive, flexible, and helpful! The location was great for what my group needed. Furthermore the host put me in touch with a taxi driver who was also very accomodating throughout our stay! I traveled with a large group of girls and there was plenty of space. Several other stays for a group our size were much more cramped. The extra showers and mirrors were a huge plus!! When anything did go wrong the property manager was very attentive in fixing the issue. Thank you so much to the host for a wonderful experience :)

The location couldn't be better --if you like being within a minute to shops, market, restaurants and less than 5 minutes to the water --look no further. While close to all the action --it was a quiet place where you don't hear any street noise. We loved the convenience of running out to pick up something. Also the location felt very safe based on the location. We had several teenagers with us and never felt concerned about them on their own in the apartment or getting out alone in the evenings. The apartment had ample space for our party of 5, with room to spare. The living area is exactly as pictured with all the amenities needed to hang out comfortably. The owner and property manager were absolutely a delight to work with. I've booked many many trips over the past 10 years and this place is in our top 3 -I would absolutely reach out to book again! Looking forward to our next trip already and for our group --it's very much about the accommodations.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in your property. Carol was more than accommodating. We were 6 people and had.more than enough space. Also enjoyed the location which is close to everything you could possibly need. Would recommend this property to my friends.

We could not fault our Stay at this property. The apartment was finished to a high standard, very clean and offered everything we needed The layout felt spacious and was perfect in offering separate space to relax , dine and the bonus of the well-sized balcony was fantastic. The location is fantastic being in the most desirable part of Cannes and a short walk to the beach, shopping and harbour. We particularly enjoyed the fresh food from the famous Marche Forville market right near to the apartment. The owner was very helpful and the process of booking and arriving at the property was easy. We will certainly be returning in the near future

Just returned from 5 nights stay in Daniel’s duplex apartment. Everything was superb from the booking process to additional extras like beach towels - the apartment is spacious and we were 9 adults. Carole was the lady “on the ground” and she was so helpful both before we arrived and whilst we were there, recommending a fabulous boat trip- so good we went twice! The apartment location is superb and EVERYTHING is literally just right around the corner. It is easy for the train station, supermarket, fruit and veg market, shops, beach- we intending to travel the coast a lot more but found so much to keep us busy in Cannes. There is a lovely roof terrace as well with a fridge beside it. Beds were comfy and there are laundry facilities. I would totally recommend this apartment. Thankyou!

Our whole family had a wonderful time in Cannes and the apartment was perfect. The location is just a minute walk from the market, the port, restaurants, stores, train etc. So fun and easy and be in the center of the action! We had a lovely week at this fantastic flat. If you’re looking for a spot in the center of Cannes then this will work well for you. We had a few little issues, one of which included a smoke alarm running out of battery and when we asked for a new one we were asked if we could just do without thw skoke alarm, which probably wasn’t the best thing to do, so ended up replacing this ourselves. Other than this the stay was fantastic and would definitely return!

I found the apartment on the Owners Direct website and the attention and prompt responses I received from the owner from the outset were very helpful and provided all the information I required. I have been travelling to festivals at Cannes for many years and know that some apartments claim to be in a great condition and just moments from La Croisette but this one really does live up to the expectations. The quality of the accommodation, so the beds, bathrooms and other furniture make this a lovely apartment to stay in whilst away from home - whether its for work or for a vacation. Very quiet but literally just a few moments walk from all the hustle and bustle of Cannes I highly recommend it. A high quality apartment and I will be returning next year. AJ

The property is situated on a quiet pedestrian lane. Its a luxurious apartment decorated to a very high standard and the own was very accommodating and easy to deal with. It was better situated than we could have imagined being within a few minutes walk of the promenade, beach, shops and restaurants. Its also very close to the railway station. This apartment was perfect for our family vacation. Large and well located, minutes to the water and very close to the daily market which is great. Full kitchen with all the dishes/utensils, etc one needs. The owner and property managers were great. Full size washer and dryer was a nice luxury to have in France. We would definitely stay here again. You do have to climb some stairs as it is third floor but you also get a nice balcony up there and I'd rather be off of street level.

This apartment has been recently redone and has been put together really well! it's near the Old Town where you find lots of great restaurants, near a market and small shops. The apartment is perfect for a group on holiday or on business! Danny also makes staying in Cannes so easy!

The appartment is very nicely decorated. Location is perfect, just 5 minutes from teh palais de Congrès. Great facilities and pristine. I would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in this perfectly situated apartment. The living area was clean and smart, and the terrace was particularly lovely. Danny was charming and gave us all the information we needed to have the best time in Cannes. Also, the Market just around the corner is a lively, authentically French treat when it's open. I would certainly recommend the property to friends and relatives.

We rented this apartment for a week and it was perfect for what we needed. It's all brand new and has a great living area, modern kitchen and three bedrooms. All bedrooms also have ensuite showers. It even has a great terrace with two sun loungers! Its minutes from the Palais and near great bakeries and good restaurants in the Old Town.
