This is a very quiet, family neighborhood. It is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- While this home doesn’t have outdoor space for guest use, beautiful natural spots are just a short drive away, ready for you to explore!
- Your reservation includes the private apartment only. Guests are not permitted to access or use the homeowners’ patio, lawn, garden, outdoor tables, or any other exterior areas of the property.
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. We enjoyed our stay at the treehouse. My Father lives nearby and spent most of the time away. We mostly slept, bathed, and coffee in the morning. Upon arrival we had a nice handwritten card and some chocolates from the owners which was a nice touch and appreciated. I appreciated the parking convenience and the quiet environment. The unit has ample windows that we opened each night to cool the place down. Summer nights often drop to mid 50s so this works pretty quick- especially with the fans that are supplied. The kitchen looked well stocked with utensils. It would be good if you want to cook a family meal. My only negative comment relates to the coffee maker that didn’t work well- it made weak/semi-hot coffee. This was a keurig single-serve unit so we all reset the reusable pod thing to make four cups of coffee. You need to engage the top latch a couple times for it to blink to start the process. The first morning was rough but we got used to it on 2nd day. I would recommend a conventional drip unit that makes more with less fuss.

We brought all our own food to cook and found the kitchen to be well stocked. The house was comfortable and sunny. The backyard was beautiful and we enjoyed the view.

The treehouse was very nice and enjoyable to stay plus nice and quiet too. It would have been nice to have a known it was above a garage with a lot of stairs to climb. Comfy beds, nice living area, and kitchen. Two things the shower is pretty small with not a lot of pressure to rinse your hair very well, but totally appreciated a shower. Second the 2 twin beds need a little WD40, because they were pretty squeaky every time you moved. We had a lovely weekend. It was a special 65th birthday very memorable too.
