Windemere 1406 is privately owned and managed and is a lovely two-bedroom, two bathroom condo located in Perdido Key, Florida boasting spectacular coastline views of both sunrises and sunsets with no other condos to block the view. A new sofa bed in the living room provides an extra sleeping space. Whether you are taking a family beach vacation, going on a spontaneous trip with friends, attending a special event or any occasion between, Windemere 1406 provides a picturesque accommodation for your next trip to Perdido Key.
Upon entering this Penthouse level 14th-floor condo, you will find the guest bedroom on your left, featuring a large HD TV. To the right of the short hallway is the well-equipped kitchen, including all utensils, appliances and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation. The kitchen opens to the the dining area and living room, providing plenty of room for the whole family. There is also a full size washer/dryer in the condo as well, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs.
