Vantage Point is an ultra-luxury oceanfront villa on Emerald Bay with stunning turquoise views and a private infinity edge pool. Melt away on Emerald Bay Beach and enjoy 3 restaurants within walking distance (23 north grill, Palapa, & Sandy Toes). Salt Restaurant is a 3 minute car or golf cart ride. Relax in the great room with 30-ft ceilings and melt away in your private infinity pool with unobstructed views of the crystal clear Emerald Bay. Enjoy the SONOS sound system (inside & outside), Starlink Internet, and a full-house Generac Generator (blackouts happen often in Exuma). Let our team arrange for private chefs, boat tours, grocery shopping, car rentals, diner reservations, beach picnics, and more! Our job is to ensure you fall in love with Exuma just as we have..... The host was amazing. He was a big help lining up transportation to and from airport. He also helped book our excursions. The house was beautiful and an easy walk to several restaurants. I highly recommend this property!

This property is incredible! The location (2 minute walk to the beach, with restaurants also a 2 minute walk away) was extremely convenient. The attention to detail in the amenities in the house itself (tupperware, ziploc bags, plenty of laundry detergent, etc.) is the best I've seen in any rental. The house was also extremely clean and well maintained, with incredibly comfortable beds.Jason is extremely responsive and friendly, and very knowledgeable about the island - he was very helpful in giving us options for activities and excursions and helping coordinate things like rental cars, etc. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
