Amazing overnight accommodation with a super comfortable Ling sized bedroom suite followed by homemade, from scratch, tasty breakfast food on the weekend mornings. The room was clean, and had all the amenities a night away from home could ever need. The Inn was decorated eloquently and the owners went above and beyond to make themselves known, available and you could feel the southern hospitality flowing through every room. The local shops, restaurants, and bars we visited all came through recommendations from the Inn and didn’t disappoint! We’ll plan to stay here the next time where in town. Awesome place!

Ive stayed at the Trott house several times when work takes me to the area (and always so glad to be able to stay there). Its been a few weeks since my last stay- was pulled to another part of the state. When I arrived this time and walked through the front door it felt like coming home. Sounds funny, I know. It was partly that Ive stayed here so many times and partly that the last couple weeks I had to stay in chain hotels...
Can recommend highly enough if you're in the area (or nearby, its worth the drive). And downtown Newton is worth the visit (and walkable) from the Trott house.

I will return here for sure. The house is spotless, the bed and room very comfortable, and the staff leave lots of thoughtful additions such as bottle of water, chocolates, town guide, and more. A wonderful find.
