Location, historical importance of the property. The breakfast provisions. Good shower.

Air con / heater needed filters cleaned. It did not seem effective at hearing the room.

It was a well appointed heritage cottage in a beautiful lane close to the town centre. It had Nespresso coffee, tea, breakfast with a choice of cereals, eggs, fresh bread, etc. Excellent value.

Breakfast choices were great. Eggs, fresh artisan bread loaf. Loads of cereals & choices of milk. The beds were incredibly comfortable & linen was superb! Very clean & located in a gorgeous quaint street.
