Perfect spot for touring people. To sum up my experience using three words would be; convenient, pleasant and clean.
Service from host was great, no issues, clear communication and transparent.
Rubbish chute are small so be wary of overfilling bin.

View is fantastic. Clean and location is very good. Except abit of hiccup on main door. Unable to lock it and we have to leave it unlock for a day. Owner came to fix it next day and all went well.
Not enough shelves in the master room to store clothing and things. No enough hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes. We stay for a week.

Fantastic views, clean tidy apartment, good amenities for a short or long stay.
The bathroom fans were a little loud and both made noise even if only one bathroom was in use. And the delay in the fan shitting down once turned off.

The apartment was very well equipped if you were cooking meals. Having 2 bathrooms is a bonus and everything was very clean along with having basics like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, good quality toilet paper and cleaning products was really helpful and appreciated.
Having to pickup and return keys so far from the apartment complex itself was painful and frustrating, especially travelling as a single mum with 2 young kids who had to drag their successes across the streets of busy intersections.
Main bedroom mattress had no support in the middle section.
No room to put suitcases.
The WIFI only worked on the first night we were there. I asked the booking agent who said to reset it, which I did multiple times, and it did not come back on at all the rest of our stay.
No use of complex pool or other amenities. This wasn't in the photos of the listing I know, but when the kids saw the pics of the pool in the lift they wanted to have a swim. When I asked about this I was told reception could do an "induction" for each of us to use the pool for $100 each which is exuberant !! Needles to say we did not pay this extra amount.
