Location and view are great, but the mattress is too soft

The location and view is both good and meet our expectations. Only several minutes to downtown, many choices for meals and the supermarket is located in the same building. Then the instructions for check in, car park and check out from host are clear and the communication is also great.

The mattresses of bedrooms are too soft. And some maintains should be focused on such as door handle of toilet and closet. And it would be better if there are more rubbish bags, tissues and kitchen paper towels.
