Muy mala experiencia, no me quedaría de nuevo

La habitación y los alrededores estaban bien, nos dejaron suficientes toallas para las 3 personas que íbamos

Llegamos aproximadamente a las 6 de la tarde, el portón estaba cerrado y no había nadie para abrir. Estuvimos cerca de una hora marcando y mandando mensajes hasta que por fin contestaron y nos dieron el código del candado y de la habitación. Al parecer es el mismo para todo. Por la mayor parte de nuestra estadía no había nadie, a pesar de que se venden como hotel y no como propiedad o departamento. Tanto en las tardes como el domingo teníamos que abrir y cerrar el Porton nosotros, lo cual nos ocasionó un percance con el carro. No hubo internet, nos dijeron que se había caído un poste si embargo por algunos comentarios, creo que solo no tienen internet. Por esta razón nos ofrecieron una copa de vino de cortesía, como dije no había nadie que nos la pudiera dar. La habitación no tiene cortinas, tiene unas compuertas de madera para tapar la luz, pero estas abren y cierran por fuera por lo que cualquiera podría haber abierto mientras dormíamos o no estábamos.

We always enjoy staying at Casa Luna. The accommodations are great and the property is nice.

The accommodations are great and the staff is really good. Lázaro, the groundskeeper is very attentive and helpful. We continue to come back to Casa Luna and he is always very welcoming.

During our last stay, Casa Luna ran out of water. We were out of water for one whole day and night before our departure.

Beautiful tranquil stay with lovely staff; nice breakfast.

Beautiful property and accommodation. We loved our breakfast, hot shower, beds were comfortable, and room was comfortable! Good fan and air conditioning as well as nice decor. Rustic and chic. We greatly enjoyed our tasting with the host, she was lovely and studying as a sommelier which was awesome! Lovely wine as well. We loved the dog on property as well. The breakfast chef was fun and great chilaquiles, my favorite in Mexico so far. The staff arranged a taxi for us back to town as well. Valle de Guadeloupe is wonderful.

The only thing we were missing was possibly a jacuzzi or pool but that’s not necessary.

Excelente. Ibamos a una boda a 15 minutos de ahi y todo salió perfecto. Un lugar muy sereno para descansar, moderno y bien limpio. Muy recomendado.

En la habitación grande no supimos prender el aire acondicionado.
