The property was very centrally located in Old Quebec in a lovely old building and it was a very short walk to reach all the sites. The suite was compact, but the bed was comfortable and it was so nice to have two armchairs and a coffee table to sit, which added a lot to the comfort of the suite. It was nicely appointed. The breakfasts were very good and the person handling the breakfast was very pleasant and accommodating.
The bathroom was small and humid, so the towels didn’t dry well. They need to be replaced, as over time they have gained a sour smell when wet. It would have been nice to have Greek yogurt as a breakfast option.

Fantastic location, nice room, good breakfast, and wonderful staff.
The mattress was comfortable but the pillows were not. The bed covering could have been heavier.

Personnel indiscret à notre arrivée, et discret au moment de la coupure d'eau.
Attention, parking à l'hôtel de ville à 21$50 par 24H00.
Ventilation de la salle d'eau très bruyante.
Découverte de l'absence de petit déjeuner par une affiche, avec promesse de remboursement que nous attendons encore.
