Beautiful and roomy apartment with convenient location

The host met us at the front door of the building and took time to show us how to access the apartment (the elevator needs special instruction). We appreciate the warm reception. The apartment is roomy and well decorated.

The location is very far from Termini Station on foot. We didn't realize it when checking map (it looks like near the railway and station, but we didn't realize that the Termini and connected facility extend for almost a mile). If someone wants to approach the apartment with large luggages, we'd recommend using another Metro Station (Manzoni).

Really elegant apartment in Rome

We stayed in this apartment and were very satisfied with everything. The location is excellent — just a 10-minute walk from Termini Station, and there is also another metro station, Manzoni, nearby. There is a supermarket within walking distance, which is very convenient. The building has an elevator and also an air conditioner that can be used during the period before the central heating is turned on. The apartment itself is very comfortable, with two double bedrooms and a small but very practical kitchen — perfect for a family stay. Upon arrival, we were kindly met and everything was explained to us in detail. It was very thoughtful that there was water in the refrigerator, especially considering that we checked in in the evening when most supermarkets were already closed. Since our check-in was after 8 PM, there was a small late check-in fee, which we paid on site. Everything was clearly explained to us, and the communication was very polite and professional. There were plenty of towels provided. We were very happy with our stay and would be glad to stay in this apartment again in the future. It really made our time in Rome very comfortable. It’s also worth mentioning that the floors are wooden, not tiled, so it’s pleasant to walk barefoot and warm even in November, before the heating season begins.

The only thing worth mentioning is that there is no washing machine — only a dishwasher. This might be a small inconvenience for those staying for a longer period, but it wasn’t an issue for us since we had a short stay.

Apto lindo e amplo. 2 quartos com camas grandes e confortáveis. Sala ampla e confortável. Cozinha bem equipada. A cafeteira Nespresso salvou o meu dia! O apto fica na mesma rua da estação Termini. 10-15 andando.
