The rooms weren’t huge but they were big enough including having chairs to sit on. Very efficient air con. The bathroom was a wet room and hot water was controlled by an immersion heater - you just needed to switch on for maybe 30 minutes to heat the water up. Once hot it stayed so until the next morning. Outside we had a terrace with furniture with a fab sea view overlooking the pool and grounds. Everything was really clean and very well maintained. The groundsman was always out watering the plants and sweeping up. Big swimming pool. The room and grounds were freshly painted with new curtains and nets. Bedding and towels were changed daily. No fridge but staff were happy to let us keep our wine in the restaurant fridge.
All of the staff were really friendly and helpful.
Great location only 10 minutes walk down to the sea front but some shops and cafes nearer than that. Someone commented on the road that you walk along to main street - but this is India you can’t expect pathways and roads like those we have in the UK. We’re all pensioners and we were fine with the pleasant walk past the trees, bushes and temple. We felt perfectly safe walking.
Staff realised it was my husband's birthday on the day we checked in. They created him a birthday poster which they all signed and left it in a flower petal heart on our bed. Ah how lovely! They also offered him a free birthday massage.

Værelset var pænt. Udsigten var fin. Personalet var venlige, - særligt i morgenmadsrestauranten.
Der var ikke hyggeligt andre steder end på vores egen terrasse. Poolområdet manglede siddepladser og virkede nærmest forladt. Der var mange tomme lokaler og værelser, der ikke blev brugt. Man skulle gå over hinandens terrasser og andre gæster kunne låse døren til din terrasse og dermed låse dig enten ude eller inde.
Vi brugte ikke Auerveda-behandlingerne, så måske havde det virker anderledes, hvis vi havde gjort det (men fik heller ikke tilbud om massage eller lign.). Stedet var meget dødt.
