E' la decima volta che vado a Parigi e finalmente ho trovato l'appartamento per la mia famiglia. Trovare un appartamento e non un monolocale a Parigi, in pieno centro con l'aria condizionata è una vera rarità, in più con il terrazzo e il parcheggio è una cosa assolutamente unica. Sei vicinissimo al Grand Palais, ci siamo mossi sempre a piedi con un bambino di 10 anni, ma la fermata della metro e' dietro l'angolo, il supermercato e il panificio sono a due passi. Waldemar e' stato gentilissimo, la casa pulitissima e il letto grande e veramente comodo. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e pranzare in terrazza guardando i tetti parigini e' una vera poesia! Torneremo qui sicuramente.

Very friendly host. I gave him my ETA and he was on spot. The terrace is the main atraction here. Street is a bit noisy . Well equipped bathroom and kitchen.
The parking! The appartement advertises with Äppartment with terrace and parking". However, you have to pay € 20 per day for the parking. And if you make use of it, please use a very small car!!!! LOcation is suprb, although still being a bit expensive for what it offers.
