Really well presented accommodation

Accomodation and facilities were great

Wifi didn’t work I rung for help but the issue was not fixed

Over priced - Poorly serviced - avoid

Location

The property only offered two towels for a family of three. When this was flagged to the owners they kept messaging asking me to look harder for them. When I confirmed they was no towels supported by a video they did not resolve the situation. Property was dirty. Location was lovely and I would return but to one of the properties not managed by the company. Avoid villa 13 at all costs.

Das Kleine Appartement ist toll eingerichtet. Es ist auf dem Anwesen der Bangalay Luxury Villas, wird jedoch Privat gemanaged. Leider, war es nicht sauber & es gab auch keine Handtücher für den Pool. Für Zimmerservice muss man extra anfragen & zahlen. Sehr schade, weil es eigentlich eine super schöne Unterkunft ist. Für den Preis habe ich mehr Sauberkeit erwartet.
