YOU WILL NOT REGRET STAYING HERE !!!! we had to cancel our original accommodation after 2 nights due to having a night club under us with music until 430am… we desperately searched for last minute new accommodation on the same day and found Hakan’s amazing ottoman house!!
He met us right away to check in, even allowed us to pick which room we wanted due to no one else having booked for the night, and helped us carry our very heavy luggage bags up the stairs. He is so friendly and attentive!
You automatically feel at home when you walk in, each room is meticulously cleaned and has everything you could ever want! The beds and pillows are SOOO comfortable!
There’s even a steam iron! Excellent air con, spacious bathrooms with ACTUAL shower heads above you! And shower gel too! Plus space to put items in shower. There’s a full length mirror and a tea station!
If you have a family, I would strongly recommend you book the upstairs 3 bedroom suite.
We couldn’t thank Hakan enough and we wish we had our full stay here for Rhodes instead of just the 2 nights!!!

3 warnings (not complaints): the cobblestones make it very difficult to wheel your luggage to the location - I suggest starting from the mote/ south wall to minimise cobblestones rather than going all the way through the old town.
2: there is a very discreet s*x worker next door but you only see the sign - nothing else. It’s totally fine for kids/ families here.
3: the wifi can be a bit slow at times and the air con seems like it does need a filter clean. It’s not very cold but it does the job enough

Nice, cozy, clean, comfortable
Some might be concerned about the proximity to accommodations for adult entertainment, however very discreet and no impact to neighbourhood or safety or noise whatsoever.

Σαν τοποθεσία βρίσκεται κοντα απο την παλια πόλη οπου πας παντού με τα πόδια. Άμεση και καλη επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη.
Υπήρχαν καθημερινά κατσαριδες και αλλα έντομα στο σπιτι. Το σπιτι βρίσκεται σε γειτονιά με οίκους ανοχής με αποτέλεσμα συνέχεια να έρχεται κοσμος και στο δικό μας σπιτι γιατι δεν έβρισκαν το ραντεβού τους. Το σπιτι για οικογένειες δεν ειναι κατάλληλο. Ειναι πολυ παλιό και μικρό και χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση. Η τουαλέτα και το μπάνιο μυριζαν άσχημα. Την προτελευταία μερα ήρθε κοπέλα για να καθαρίσει αλλα δίπλωσε τα σεντόνια μονο και έφυγε.
