The location, the peace and quiet, most things were perfect. A lovely conversion in a very quiet location. Very clean and seemed to be fully equipped for staying here. We only used the cottage for sleeping, showering, etc, so cannot comment further.
The size of the bed. Although adequate, a king size would have been better. Also could have done with a slightly larger duvet.

Great property for touring the Broads. Friendly host. Beautiful location Very central.
Sofa wasn't too comfortable. Dining table needs sanding and a new coat of varnish.
