Ótimo apartamento, porém havia vazamento de água no banheiro sempre que se ligava o chuveiro, mas nada que prejudicasse a utilização, no mais correu tudo bem! Fica muito perto do Mercadona, sendo possível ir a pé!
A limpeza assim que entramos deixou um pouco a desejar.

The apartment is nice and modern and the facilities are good. It was nice and clean when we got here. Theres a nice new park right opposite, and a pretty big supermarket really close by. We enjoyed our stay and we enjoy walking so the distance to town wasn't an issue for us, although the walk back sometimes got tedious in the heat. The only public transport available to the old town is the bus, which isn't too bad, we found that there's a small walk on the return journey, and they could be a little late from time to time but overall, decent enough.
We found the site facility staff somewhat helpful, but in instances like key fob not working, or asking if theres luggage storage at the end of our stay, they are keen to remind you that it's not a hotel. Pool needs to be reserved via an app, we managed to get a slot when needed but it's not huge (30 people max) so it's quite possible that it can be unavailable. You can only book 2 hours at a time too, although I think it may be possible to make another booking afterwards, that said the check in guy didn't recommend this. Our app log in details were incorrect on the back of the door so we had issues accessing the pool and gym areas, it was rectified later with new log in details after messaging stay unique apartments. We had to pay €50 in cash on arrival for a late check in at around 11pm, which seemed steep. We were then messaged by a third party check in person advising that there would be an extra €15 per 15 mins that we were late to our check in, so we replied to the check in guy to tell him when we were in the taxi, to avoid any additional charges. Toilet/bathroom seems to smell damp quite strong so we kept the door shut while we were out otherwise the apartment could be smelly on arrival. After booking there was quite a long check in process with a lot of details needed. At this point we were told that we needed to pay a €30 non refundable damage deposit, or possibly face paying €300+ for potential damages. I felt this was a bit of a pressure tactic as it came up a few times in messages and in the check in process. In the end, we did not pay either of these. There's a few times during our stay that we were made aware of extra charges, €25 here and there for things such as dirty towels, additional cleaning ect. All seemed a bit unnecessary. Overall a nice new apartment though

Płatność 50€ za zameldowanie po 21, płatne sprzątanie wliczone w cenę rezerwacji, restauracja serwująca wykupione śniadania miała być obok apartamentu, jak się okazało na miejscu była w odległości 20 min drogi pieszo.
Rezerwacja godziny zameldowania z góry. Czekaliśmy ponad pół godziny przed budynkiem ,aby dostać klucze.
Rezerwacja basenu na konkretną godzinę i tylko max 2h dziennie.
