Host met us at the property and also accommodated early checkin. They gave us a tour of the building and the facilities before heading off. They kept in touch afterward to ensure we had what we needed. The property is spotless, new, and expertly decorated. We really enjoyed how clean and comfy the flat was. We were able to safely park the car in the parkade (although there is free parking outside, too, and it's a very safe area). There is washing facilities in the property so we were able to wash our hiking clothes after long days on trails. The property is very spacious, so we did not feel crowded as a group of 4. 10/10.
The beds were slightly firm and the pillows could have been a bit thicker for my liking, however my husband was very happy with the firmness. The property is appox 40 mins walk from central attractions however this did not affect our stay because we like to walk and view the town.

Lovely, clean, open space! It has a bus stop right outside so you can get the bus into Funchal… you can walk but it is very steep hills which my mum wasn’t good with.
The pillows were so hard and flat. But other than that everything was perfect

Zeer ruim appartement met mooi wijds uitzicht op Funchal en de zee. De bedden zijn zeer comfortabel en 2 badkamers zijn zeer handig voor als je met 4 bent. Rustige omgeving. Auto staat veilig in de ondergrondse garage en vlot bereikbaar.
Een buiteneetplek is er niet, Het terras heeft wel van de ochtend tot de namiddag de zon en er is ruimte om te zitten (lezen).
