Great location in Giudecca, two stations from Zitelle to Piazza San Marco. Good apartment size and no issues with hot shower for a group of 4. Staff is very helpful and replies fast in case of any question or issue. Cost/benefit was great for Venice reality.

Only two small things we can share is that apartment is at 2nd floor and you need to use stairs and second is the waste policy that you’ll need to manage could be shared in advance.

Attention : il faut toujours prendre le vaporetto pour aller à venise. Prévoir 1 budget supplémentaire pour le pass vaporetto

Great location

The stay was seriously disrupted by loud TV noise from a neighbouring unit past 2am on multiple nights. I recorded video after midnight confirming which unit it came from; a neighbour on our floor independently confirmed it's a known issue. I raised it with the owner, who said no one else had complained and the noise "probably" came from another building. My video shows otherwise. Giudecca is meant to be the quiet side of Venice. This unit made that impossible, and nothing was resolved during our stay.
