Watch boats as they travel through Perdido Pass. Phoenix East II is a low-density property that offers a quiet respite away from the crowds. It’s situated along a beautiful stretch of Perdido Beach Boulevard and is just minutes to outstanding restaurants, shopping, and all the activities and entertainment the area has to offer. The condo can host up to 10 guests and features 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, as follows: - Primary bedroom with king size bed, private full bath, views of the beach and access to the balcony. - Secondary bedroom with king size bed. - Third bedroom (sleeps 6) with 2 bunk beds. Each bunk has a twin over full-size bed. The condo also boasts a spacious living room, featuring a large flat-screen television; a fully-equipped kitchen with all of the utensils you need to make meal prep a breeze; free WiFi; and a large furnished balcony where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee watching the sunrise. You'll also have access to all the onsite amenities, including direct beach access, the outdoor pool, heated indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, tennis courts, BBQ area and sauna. Up to two parking passes can be purchased for $55 each in cash at the front desk. Wrist bands to use all the property amenities are free of charge. LOCAL DIRECT SUPPORT: The condo is hosted locally by a single point of contact who's just a call or text away! SPECIAL OCCASION? If you're visiting the coast for a special occasion - birthday, anniversary, graduation, etc., we'd be happy to display some themed decorations in the condo at no extra charge! The condo is as advertised. Everything was clean and well furnished. Enough dishes to go around. Short walk to the beach, great view. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. I would definitely recommend this host.

We had 3 units on 7th floor and 2 others thru the building. Absolutely the best way for celebrating Thanksgiving for a week together!!!!

The condo was just as shown in the pictures. Everything we needed was there and the check-in / check-out process was seamless. The property and the view were perfect! Access to the beach was easy and we had an absolute blast staying there.

As long as we have been taking vacations to the coast we have stayed at numerous condos. Only staying at 1 condo more than once. We were delighted to find this condo to have enough room for us, the convenience of things to do, places to eat, and at a reasonable price. This is a place that we would highly consider coming back to year after year. The host's communication was amazing. It was the first place we stayed at that was actually nicely redone AND clean. You expected a clean place when you are paying so much for the service and it met expectations. I cannot thank the host enough for the "starter" pack of amenities. I was thrilled to see that there was coffee filters, non-stick spray, honey and salt and pepper. Maybe these were left by others or by the host, either way, knowing that they were there and we didn't have to use ours made our stay that much more enjoyable. I would recommend this place just for the non-stick spray and salt and pepper! It was nice to not have a huge list of check-out procedures, either. Finally, this is NOT on the host, but the condo establishment gave us a violation on our last day because our chairs and umbrellas were outside the condo as the hose requested, up against the wall. They were not posing any fire hazard, but I communicated that to the host and he said he would talk to someone. I would say I am not thrilled with how strict the Pheonix East is and paying for parking when there are plenty of spaces. Thanks Dominique.

I booked this condo for a vollleyball tournament. The bunk room was what sold me on it. However, there are so many positives—two king bedrooms, gigantic sectional in the den, stocked kitchen, view of the gulf and the pool. The complex was clean and quiet as we stayed the weekend after Labor Day. This was our most relaxing beach vacation. I usually want to be on the beach but I was totally fine staying in or enjoying the view from the balcony.

This unit was awesome. Great view of the Gulf. Was nice to have all the amenities on site. Indoor/Outdoor Pools, Easy boardwalk out to beach. Room was clean and set up nice for multiple guests. Was nice to have a full kitchen for our picky eater. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Instructions were very easy to follow and communication with owner was pleasant and questions answered quickly. Front desk staff were also very nice and super helpful. We will definitely be coming back. ⛱️☀️😁

We had a great stay and would recommend the rental to groups of friends or families. Lots of space, beds for everyone, and the living room and couch were perfect for our group of 6 when we were stuck inside with rain.

Absolutely loved this condo. The amenities on property were great for a quick weekend getaway to the beach. We brought paddles to play pickleball in the evening but didn't know how to get the lights to the tennis court turned on, but that was minor and didn't stop the fun. Dominique was wonderful to communicate with and responded to all of my crazy questions. 10/10 recommend!

We stayed here only for a few days & wish we had longer! The property was well maintained, clean, Dominique was quick to get back with us on any correspondence. Everything listed is as it was! Very pretty view of the gulf and right by the jetty’s so not over crowded. Will definitely look for her and this property again in the future!

My husband and I decided to take a last minute 20th anniversary trip, and it was totally worth it! Upon entering the gorgeous condo, we saw the breathtaking view of the beach. This was our first time staying on this end of the strip, and it's now our favorite! We were greeted with a card and sweetv treats. Everything was clean and accessible. The bed, pillows, and blankets were extremely comfortable. Dominique was gracious and attentive. Our only disappointment is that we considered staying again next month and bringing our kiddos, but the condo was already booked!

Everything about the stay was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Good location next door to a conference at Perdido resort. Many shops and restaurants are located within a short walk or drive. Bring your own toilet paper and coffee. The couch is great, but some of the recliners are broken. And remember that the check out time is at 10:00.

The condo was very spacious. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax and the view from the balcony was amazing. The beach and the gulf were accessible from the condo property. We had amazing weather the week we were there. It was a fantastic experience and I would recommend this place to anyone. It was the vacation we all needed and the kids were sad to leave when it was over. Everyone had a great time being together. Dominique was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Thanks again for a great stay!

Great, modern unit with an incredibly attentive host. Plenty of space for the six of us and the well-stocked kitchen (coffee pot, crock pot, toaster, blender and plenty of dishes, glasses and flatware) made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

We were happy with the condo, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, The beds were comfortable. Although we felt the furniture was too big for the space. The view is exceptional. We would rent this property again for sure.
