The property is nice and as described. The beach is beautiful and well taken care of. We enjoyed our vacation and would recommend staying again. The parking is alittle odd, they are very serious about where you need to park. The only complaint I would have would be there is not enough sitting for eating or on the balcony. Otherwise it’s a perfect rental for a large group/family.

The two pros to this condo are its size and cleanliness.The cons are no patio furniture if you enjoy coffee or beverages on the balcony. There’s literally two chairs for a large family. There’s not many cooking pots and pans at all, and the stove is below average in heating.There’s a sectional that seats maybe six comfortably, but no recliners or ottomans. Not comfortable or relaxing. The parking is AWFUL. Please know you’ll be allowed 2 passes (one of which you pay extra for), and your vehicle will barely squeeze into the spot you pay dearly for. The building needs major updates.The pool was closed for two full days of our stay because in the middle of peak season (instead of down time), they decided to paint the deck without informing everyone till after the fact. Just pay the extra and go somewhere else, unless none of this matters to you. Thankfully, we made the best of it.We’ve stayed all over Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Perdido, etc. This was the worst. Sorry. Hope it improves!
