CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed in fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up at each property like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park.
* No smoking allowed – this is strictly enforced by the onsite security.

This was our first stay at Admiral quarters 1208 and I can't wait to go back next year! The photos don't do the place justice, it was absolutely stunning and even bigger than it seemed in the photos. We are two couples in our 60s who wanted to stay on the beach. What a breathtaking view from the 12th floor and the balcony is huge. Every single day we watched pelicans fly by we could've reached out and touched them almost and every day we saw birds fly by holding fish in their claws. It was just amazing. The beach was clean and the sand white and soft, the ocean swimming was great! We watched a guy and catch a huge fish on the beach. The outdoor pool is gorgeous, surrounded by palm trees, plenty of tables and chairs and chaise lounges. Everything was in walkable distance. We just could not have had a better vacation we will be rebooking!

Great 3 Bdrm condo. Love this place. We always come back. Room Darkening curtains would be great for beach side master bedroom. Clean rooms, clean floors, clean lobby, and clean elevators.

There were multiple items in need of repair. There was a mildew smell in the condo, like maybe there was water damage. One bedroom had white paint splotches and needed to be painted.
