A well equipped kitchen for cooking and has everything you need for preparing meals. Central heat and air for comfort in any season. We were upgraded due to AC issues, so we came to Owl's Perch sight unseen. The location is great, awesome views and the house is very quaint. The garden is lovely and we enjoyed an evening fire. It was conveniently located to all point we wanted or needed to be at. I would recommend to anyone looking to spend time in the area.

The price was wonderful for the accommodations we received! The outdoor sitting was nice, even when raining. Communication was wonderful and our stay was great.
