It was very clean, plenty of towels and wash cloths, huge balcony, everything we needed . We were very pleased. Plus the lifeguards or beach attendants were super , super nice and helpful. Also the security folks were so kind!

We had a condo on the beach. The beach colony is an old condo. A new elevator was being installed and the remaining elevator broke down. 8 flights of steps was not fun. The condo was equipped nice but needed updated. The dinning room table was extremely uncomfortable. The bed was comfortable. The shower was good but the toilet seat needed replaced Also very strange having a picture window, no curtain in the bathroom. Glad it was the 8th floor. The condo was very clean.
