Set in a gated complex, amenities include: pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard and a 5 acre stocked fresh water lake (catch & release). Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. And with no busy roads to cross, over 300 feet of beautiful private beach is an easy 3 minute walk away! Located in Destin, this condo is on a lake. HarborWalk Village and Destin Commons are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Destin Beaches and Henderson Beach State Park. Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park and The Track Family Recreation Center are also worth visiting. This unit also comes with complimentary beach service from March 1 - October 31st.

Our stay was great! Little hiccup because of the dredging on the coastline but the extra beach items in the closet were a major plus. The AC worked awesome and the hot water never ran out! Would definitely rent again!

Wonderful town home on the beach- only critique would be providing a little more trash bags/ toilet paper for a large busy family.Bedding was amazing and comfortable. Everything was clean, kitchen fully stocked with appliances and dishes. Beautiful location- 2 minute walk to white sands and dolphins in the ocean. We would absolutely stay again.
