Location. Breakfast. Parking.
Cleanliness of the entire indoor area. They put us in large ADA accessible room. Very low flow at bathroom sink. Less than a pencil size flow. The shower drain didn’t take all of the water which overflowed to the floor drain. A 6’x6’ puddle that didn’t hit either drain. They spent an hour and a half trying to resolve drain issue and sink. Drain still didn’t take the water but puddle was reduced to 3’x3’. Sink issue solved. They moved us to a new room for the last two nights which we were happy with.
