it was a great location which suited our purpose for this trip very well. The colleague who greeted us and was very welcoming and helpful every day, an asset to Lemon Tree for sure.

Room was cosy and warm and the complementary breakfast box was a really lovely touch

It was clean.
Bed was a very small 3/4 size and mattress was terrible.
We did not receive entry directions until after we arrived and sent several messages by different methods.
Restaurant next door of same name was shut down so we were anxious we might have been scammed, but eventually got in.
Included picnic breakfast was not really palatable.

Breakfast in a box - forget it - just leave a few bits and don't pretend its a breakfast.
Location and very hot water/shower.
