Poor cleaning/good location

The host was friendly, A/C. Good location.

At first glance, the apartment looked nice, but after taking a closer look, we realized it was not as good as the photos suggested. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. Behind the sofa there was a large amount of dust and dirt that had clearly not been cleaned for a long time. The bathroom cup for toothbrushes was dirty and unpleasant to use. The sofa itself was covered with stains, making it look unhygienic and uncomfortable to sit on. The balcony furniture was also very dirty, and the balcony door was extremely difficult to open and close. Although the apartment has a kitchen, it is not really suitable for cooking because there was almost no cookware or kitchen utensils available. The oven was very dirty, and the stovetop produced an unpleasant smell when it was turned on. Overall, the apartment has potential, but the poor cleanliness, worn furniture, and lack of basic kitchen equipment made it quite disappointing. With proper cleaning and maintenance, it could be a much better place to stay.

There was serious cleanliness issue with flat. Pillows and bed sheets were smell bad, there was dust everywhere. very poor kitchen utensils. 1 pc fork, 1 pc big spoon. There was left over on knife, they washed and put back again. This is 1 flat divided into two. There was another tenants next to us, you can hear everything. I think the internet router was in other room and there was wifi extender, the internet was very slow.

Os móveis tinha muita poeira , guarda roupa sujo, poeira nos móveis do banheiro , o balcão nunca foi limpo estava preto de sujeira , tive que comer sentada no sofá . E falta muitos utensílios básicos na cozinha
