It was a quiet area with parking available, very clean and tidy, well-equipped and good communication from Natalia the owner. Perfect for what we needed for our one night in Nicosia (South).
It was no problem for us but be aware that, although it says "central" Nicosia, it is around 25 or 30 minutes walk to the main attractions for visitors.

Amplio, muy limpio, Natalia siempre respondió muy rápido y puedes ir caminando hasta el casco antiguo (unos 20 minutos aproximadamente) y muy tranquilo

Parkeren op straat, faciliteiten in het appartement
Het binnenkomen van het gebouw. De sleutels hingen in een kast waar iedereen bij kan. Niet een veilig gevoel. Ook is het appartement erg gehorig. Je hoort alles wat boven je gebeurd.
