The hosts are too kind. I had asked for recommendations as we were celebrating 2 bdays she sent me those but went all out to add a banner and balloons before our arrival. The place was clean, she left us biscuits and milk, toiletries were much appreciated specially as I had an unexpected visit from aunt flow...kids enjoyed the pool as well, overall its a fab spot and we would be happy to book again.
The soap dispenser was empty in the bathroom but im sure the cleaner missed tht...it would have been nice to have an iron & a hairdryer but I know that's asking for alot...haha..

It was clean and had what we needed for a comfortable two nights. Very quiet.
It was appreciated to have milk and biscuits when we arrived :-)
The bunk bed was somewhat squeaky. The kettle wasn’t working so used the hob which was no big issue.

We absolutely loved this little gem of a place. It is in a great location for exploring this part of Wales, and the outdoor pool was a big hit with my grandkids.
When we arrived, we let ourselves into the chalet with the key from the key lock box outside. Karen, who is the owner, was great with communication and also let us into the property early.
The chalet is so cosy and tastefully decorated. Milk was left in the fridge and a complimentary pack of biscuits, which was a nice touch.
There are all kinds of condiments in the cupboard for use, like sauces, salt, and pepper. Also, teabags, coffee & and sugar, which saves a lot of messing about bringing all this with you.
It was a perfect little place for us as 2 adults & 3 children.
I will definitely be back, I just wished I booked longer.
