For a hotel that has only operated for a year I was very impressed how well it was ran. Everything was great, food, speed of service, staff friendliness. The room was was great, huge bed, quality bedding. Lovely quality coffee. Location was excellent. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to PV.
No gym, spa but I enjoyed walking to the local gym everyday. 8 min walk.

Immaculate, very friendly staff, great location, close proximity to great restaurants and the beach
Room was on the smaller side. Asked to upgrade to something larger but the price was more than double our booking price so we stayed put

Hotel is in a great location! This hotel would be a good fit if you are seeking a lively , social environment.
While this hotel is in a great location, the overall experience didn’t justify the price.The rooms are extremely small for the cost, making it difficult to relax or feel comfortable, especially if you’re staying more than a night or two. The hotel also seems very much geared toward a younger crowd in their 20s and 30s, with a party-like atmosphere that may appeal to some, but was not what I was looking for. One of the biggest downsides was the constant loud music and videos playing throughout the property. There was no real escape from the noise—even the elevators had loud videos playing, which made it feel overwhelming rather than relaxing. If you’re hoping for a quiet or restful stay, this may not be the best choice. Although the location is convenient and walkable, the hotel is overpriced for what you actually get in terms of room size, comfort, and overall ambiance. I expected much more given the nightly rate. This property might work well for travelers seeking a lively, social environment, but those looking for comfort, space, and peace may want to consider other options.
