The property was generally comfortable and in a good location.
The air conditioning was inadequate. There was only one fan for the whole house and the house was very warm during the heatwave. Also fan was not child safe as it didn't have a cover. The kitchen tap is broken and wobbles from side to side. The back yard was filthy with old clothes - a brassiere? lying inside a bucket. The TV should have had free view as a minimum. The property needs some interior decoration. I can't award top rating because of these issues

Clean kitchen , new flooring , secure
Shower, bath poor … no anti slip mat in bath , bathroom ventilation very noisy .. shower not great . Shower screen moves and leaks.. stairs landing floor creaky .
