It is a very convenient location for Garibaldi Station and trams. Also cafes and a good pizza restaurant within one minute. .Our host was attentive by text although we never met anyone. The apartment is spacious and well equipped (though my husband missed a kettle). It's on the fourth floor and there is an elevator, but there is a flight of steps before you reach the elevator, so be careful if this is a problem for you .
Luxury it is not, but it is comfortable enough. The toilet seat needs attention and the water temperature is not easy to control.

2 getrennte Schlafräume, moderne Einrichtung, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, Supermarkt um die Ecke, Bahnhof ca 15min zu Fuß entfernt
Leider aufgrund der Fotos das Appartment ohne Küchenzeile erwischt, war aber "mein" Fehler. Upgrade wurde vom Vermieter angeboten.
Bahnhofsviertel bzw Piazza Nazionale sind nicht gerade einladend für Familien.
