Der Service! Wir wollten ein anderes Zimmer. Die Rezeption, Frau Odana, hat sich darum sofort gekümmert und uns nach Rücksprache mit ihrem Vorgesetzten ein sogar schöneres Zimmer angeboten! Sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich. Klasse! Sie hat unsere anfängliche Enttäuschung in Freude gewandelt.

Gestaltung/ Stil, Badezimmergestaltung, Durchdachte Kücheneinrichtung mit mini Spüle- gut geeignet für längeres bleiben.
Leider nur ein Begrüßungsgoodie (mini Schoki auf dem Bett)im Zimmer, trotz zwei gebuchter Gäste.Frühstück dürfte besser / ausgiebiger / auswahlreicher sein. Hängestuhl im Zimmer auf Gewicht beschränkt, macht das Urlaubsfeeling kleiner wenn man ihn nicht nutzen kann und gibt gleichzeitig negative Vibes 🙂
Parkplatz sollte eigentlich Kostenfrei sein wenn man ein Hotel mit Parkplatz ( laut Booking) sucht und bucht, Preise finde ich ein bisschen überzogen/ überteuert. Durch das Industrieviertel ist man aber drauf angewiesen- weil alles Parkzonen ums Hotel rum sind, wo es Knöllchen hagelt.
