Really nice historic hotel with great modern amenities- I would recommend it to anyone.

Greta location and nicely decorated, spacious room. Air conditioning helped on hot days. Nice extra space like roof balcony and great testing breakfast. We were very happy with our stay. Would not stay anywhere else when I’m Konstanz.

Very pleasant experience

We enjoyed a very nice stay at this hotel! The apartment was beautiful furnished, very clean and comfortable! We liked the central position and the style of the building. Quiet at night, staff very friendly.

Very good

Great place, confortable, welcoming and charming

It's a bit stressful to drive to get the parking key and back through the pedestrian streets. I'm never a fan of black mold in the shower and I wish the hotel was better sound-proofed but it is a historical building.

Ask for bigger rooms. Avoid 334 and 335.

The historic character of the hotel was really fine. The bed and the accomodation was very good. The brekfast very good

The room was exceptionally small. From what we saw in the rooms map it was one of the 2 rooms in the floor that where so small. For 2 persons it was hard to move in the same room. Would be good for one person.

Good location at a pretty reasonable price.

This hotel is next to one of the buildings painted with murals. It is very nice and the location is on the main pedestrian walkway and within walking distance of lots of restaurants. I stayed an extra day and the rate I was charged was quite reasonable even though the hotel was showing as sold out on the Internet.

Lovely boutique hotel in the centre of Konstanz

Beautiful boutique hotel right in the old heart of Konstanz. Close to lots of restaurants and only a few blocks from the lake. The hotel is really well maintained and has such old-world charm! They were also very helpful with the parking, allowing us to unload in the pedestrian area before parking the car just 500m away.

Honestly everything was great but our room smelled a bit like sewage when we first arrived... Fortunately that smell disappeared after one of us took a shower, but it wasn't the nicest thing to walk into.

It was pleasure to stay and we wish we could stay longer.

Perfect breakfast, everything fresh, everything was all time accessible, huge amount of choices for everyone, very friendly staff. Hotel is positioned in the center, every part of the center of city is reachable by walk in few minutes

Gorgeous central location, elegant hotel, nice little room, friendly reception staff. Breakfast good though pricey.

Bed only semi-comfortable. Blackout shade operation not obvious for foreign visitors. Breakfast room staff unpleasant.

Very comfortable hotel from which to explore Konstanz.

We had a superior room that was very large and had loads of storage space. It overlooked a pedestrianised square that the hotel used as an outdoor cafe. We had windows on two sides. Bathroom was very large with bath, shower, two basins and a bidet. Plenty of towels. We had dinner which was good in a traditional dining room. Parking was available although about 500m away. You can drop off outside the hotel but the obvious place to stop is needed for fire brigade access!

Tricky getting to the hotel as it's surrounded by a pedestrianised area- clearer directions on the website would have been good (e.g. a map showing route to take by car). Can be a bit noisy if you want to sleep with windows open - early morning rubbish collection and deliveries.

Historic hotel with modern conveniences in the heart of Konstanz

The location is a quick walk from the train station through the bustling city square. The front desk staff are very kind and helpful. The room was big enough for opening my numerous pieces of luggage!

There was no a/c that I could find, but there was minimal street noise with the open windows.
