I usually come back here due to location, facilities and good service. Great for remote work but also exploring Ha Noi outside most tourist places. Each room is basically an apartment, very well equipped including ricecooker. Very comfortable beds.

The only disadvantage of the place is that it is near a huge intersection that on one hand is very interesting to observe, on the other it is hard to cross it due to traffic.

excellent check-in, staff very helpful. The breakfast is excellent. There is a small lake across the road from the hotel, it is not exceptionally beautiful but there are lots of cafes where you can sit out in an evening and it is very relaxing and very local

nothing. I used to live on the same street as the hotel for 5 years so i know the area very well. This is a great place to stay, especially if you are on business or you like the idea of a fully functional apartment.

Positive Aspects: 1. The apartment building and the apartments are very nice. They have a nice setup, a nice airflow, and bright. 2. The staff is beyond friendly. They will go beyond your expectations to make your stay memorable and comfortable. 3. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. 4. The apartment is cleanish enough. 5. Despite being so close to a crazy intersection, we didn’t hear so much noise from the outside. 6. The café where you have breakfast has a beautiful setup. 7. The passages are always clean and cool. 8. The apartments have two big lifts which it is very convenient. 9. The apartments are quiet. You won’t hear loud people outside your room.

Negative Aspects: 1. The location. The apartments are too far away from the main areas and tours don’t want to pick you up. 2. The location. Besides the inconvenience of not being able to be picked up by all tours, the hotel is near to a crazy intersection. The traffic all over Hanoi is beyond chaotic, but the area where the apartments are, is even more. 3. The location. As we were too far out the main tourist areas, getting quality food or even ordering from the app was a mission. You will have to travel a distance to have good quality food. 4. The apartments are clean, but not enough. Every time I brush my hair, I lose a lot of hair. I thought, they were going to sweep and mop the floor, but after we came from a day-tour, I saw some hair on the floor. The following they, after they “cleaned” the room, the hair was still on the floor. I also killed a cockroach and after the room being “cleaned”, it was still there. So, make your conclusions. 5. I saw 2 cockroaches in the bathroom, after I told reception, they must have sprayed something to kill the insects. 6. The hot water is not that hot as they use solar panels to heat the water and during winter time, the water only get warmish. 7. The worst part for us was the breakfast situation. The breakfast looks like a hostel breakfast. It has a very poor selection. It offers coffee, tea, toast, low quality ham and processed cheese (the ones that taste like plastic), fruit, “salad”. The first day, we didn’t know there was a menu where you can choose eggs. So we ended up having only coffee in espresso cups. 8. When we left the apartments to the airport, usually the staff greet you goodbye and thank you for your stay. Not this time. The apartments are very nice, but the location is its downfall. You are far away from everything and getting to your location is time consuming and a bit pricey. My suggestion is to get a hotel room by the French quarter and stay away from the old quarter hotels.
