Single advantage - the price. I can only recommend it only if you are really on a very limited budget or plan to spend most of your time elsewhere as I did (the apartment was mainly intended for a few nights’ sleep and for leaving part of my belongings while visiting other regions with overnight stay).
1. Misleading photos — pictures no. 1 and 3 do not correspond to the actual location; only the last ones.
2. The apartment is extremely small and located in the attic (I am a frequent traveller and used to all types of accommodations)
3. The owner asked for a “cleaning fee” of €50 in cash one day before departure — this was not mentioned in the description or before check-in. However, upon arrival, the apartment was not clean (hair on the bathroom floor, a used body oil bottle on the floor of the main room, thick dust on the inner bathroom window sill). I refused to pay the fee unless processed officially through Booking.com.
4. The apartment has not been renovated in ages, and everything inside is worn out (furniture, carpet, and a tiny old TV).
5. The owner spends around 30 minutes explaining the inventory of literally every item (including minor things like the number of kitchen hand towels you can buy three for €5) and asks you to sign it.
