Semi-detached house, 2 storeys. In the centre of Split, in a sunny position, in the heart of the city, 50 m from the sea, 1.4 km from the beach. In the house: internet access. Public parking on the road extra. Shop 50 m, supermarket 150 m, restaurant 10 m, 2 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 180 m, pebble beach 1.4 km. Marina 500 m, tennis 6 km. Nearby attractions: Diocletian Palace 400 m. Hiking paths: Marjan 100 m.

In 2023: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), cable TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (mini-oven, oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave). Excellent home in great condition in an awesome location. This place was awesome in every way. Everything in great condition and had everything we needed and more.
Only downside (not an issue with the property) was not being able to find the place initially as all of the welcome emails were sent in German and disappeared into junk, so the actual address wasn’t available on anything else.
Really awesome place close to everything including more local restaurants at the other side of the port, close enough but away from the mayhem.

The location of this apartment is excellent, close to the Riva and 4 blocks to the palace. It is fascinating to watch the harbor and people. There is a very busy restaurant outside the place, but when the shutters and windows are closed, you can't hear much. Clients should be aware that the entrance to the apartment is on the seco d floor where the bedroom is located (very quiet) and the living room is on the third. The steps are steep, but the railings are good. The kitchen is well equipped and the washer is handy. We loved staying here!

Perfect location in Split, just meters away from the Old Town, yet still relatively quiet. Conveniently close to grocery stores, restaurants, churches, and the sites. Wonderful views of the harbor and boat traffic. The accommodations were clean and well-appointed with all the kitchen resources to cook a meal. It is hard to find a downside to the apartment, although carrying suitcases up a couple of flights of stone stairs to reach the apartment may be challenging for some. I'd recommend the apartment for a couple that wants to be near the action but not in the middle of the crowds that Split attracts. It is a wonderful place to stay. Even the neighbors are friendly.
