I couldn’t be happier with my stay here. Can’t believe it was available last minute. The split level apartment is beautifully presented, spacious, super clean and equipped with everything you could want. Perfect location at the western end of the Riva (seafront promenade), lots of lovely restaurants within 100 metres but really quiet. Other than bacvice beach which is probably a 30 minute walk everything is within a 10 minute walk … the palace, shops, the marjan viewing point. Also minutes from bus stop for number 12 to kasjuni beach or 21 to the new purpose built beach in other direction. I would definitely book again.

The apartment is new, clean and fancy. Fully equipped. Coffee machine was a nice option.
The location is amazing! Just in the centre of Split.
The only thing we didn’t like about the apartment is that after the rain it was a little dump and the floor was cold. Later we understood how to ventilate the apartment: we opened all the windows.
And it was very hard to dry clothes after the beach.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay,an absolute hidden gem! The location is unbeatable, with everything just 3–5 minutes on foot. Day trips to stunning places like Hvar and Krka National Park were a breeze, with tour agencies right on the doorstep.
I never once needed to call a car , everything I needed was within walking distance. The property is exactly as described and pictured, brand new throughout, and outstanding value for money.
I would without a doubt stay here again. Highly recommended!

Sauberkeit, Lage, sehr Ruhig
Wohnung hat modrig gerochen, Keine Möglichkeit Wäsche zu trocknen, Nachbarin hat Wäscheständer vor der Türe sofort weggeräumt und verboten!!!!!
