Big, bright apartment close to the Riva & Diocletian’s Palace

This was a beautiful, bright apartment in walking distance to all the key split attractions. It is surprisingly much bigger than it looks in the pictures— we were very comfortable as a family of 4. It has a little clothes washer and dishwasher for extra convenience. Bruno was great and even offered us flexibility on our checkout time. Highly recommended.

The only downside was the stairs to get to the walk-up apartment. The staircases are very wide so there is room to haul up a suitcase but there are a lot of steps! It wasn’t an issue for my family but definitely something to consider if anyone in your family is older or has mobility challenges.

Perfect location, great host, wonderful city!

The host, Bruno, was an absolute delight! He met us at the property, showed us around the flat and then sent us a whole list of recommendations! The property was spacious and clean with a very comfy bed!

Great place

One of the most convenient locations if you want to be right in the center. The apartment itself was very cozy with everything you need inside. The internet is fast. The host was very kind and helped us with our questions and also recommended great places that we loved. We highly recommend these apartments.

Lovely apartment, best location

The apartment was great, had everything we need for a long stay (8 days). Only issue is that it was in the 3rd floor by stairs, nothing major for us luckily. The host, Bruno, was very friendly and helpful.

No complains, everything was great.

Great stay on the waterfront in Split - happy and friendly stay

Location was superb - right on the Riva and perfect for strolling along the waterfront and into the old down Bruno was a fantastic host and made everything super easy and his personal touches and friendship made it all the more enjoyable being in Croatia The flat was perfect - just the right size for me or a couple, even more with the sofa bed if you don't mind sharing the space Clean and comfy, all the mod cons needed

Location was 10/10, Bruno was fantastic and super helpful with the luggage - lots of stairs but the amenities in the apartment were amazing; literally everything you needed plus a little extra hence why the stairs were forgiven 😊

Best location in Split

Location is 10 out of 10. Highly recommended. Bruno was very helpful. He always replied with great recommendations, pieces of advises. very good service.

Seems there are more that one apartment. So pictures in this accommodation don’t correspond 100% to the exactly place you will stay. However, I may say it’s a great place. Pictures could give you another expectations though.

Large, comfortable apartment at a great location in the centre of Split. Everything new and clean. Easy and quick communication with the owner.

Exceptional

The location was spectacular once you don't mind flights of stairs. When booking it I did not realise how close it was to the centre and to land and find the centre of the town and the seafront at the front door of the building was incredible. Tour collection points were right outside the door or a short walk away. The apartment was exceptionally clean, we were met by Bruno who arranged transport from the airport for us which made our first few minutes in the country stress-free. Bruno was very helpful and friendly and had great recommendations of places to see and where to eat.

A good value for money in the best location, we could put up easily with the given drawbacks which

The best Location for visiting the historical center. The house itself is a beautiful old house with thick walls and good quality of staircase. You can also arrive by car in front of the house.

As stated in the information guide: no elevator to reach the appartements in the 3rd or 4th floor is not convenient for elderly people. Parking the car nearby at low costs is a matter of luck (or it is a lot more expensive).

Central location, great value and helpful host

Very well-equipped and comfortable apartment. Bruno a very nice and helpful host - met us with keys and provided lots of recommendations for local dining and activities. Excellent Central location - just off the Riva.

Shower was a bit small for my husband. One ‘even better if’ for the kitchen - would be good to have ability to make espresso (i.e. a stovetop moka or a Nespresso machine). But overall kitchen well-equipped for cooking.

Amazing location. Great host and spacious enough .

The apartment was quite worn. Some mold in the bathroom, dripping from the airco that resulted in waterstain on the wall. Some furniture with broken parts, like cupboards where the doors are falling of.

It is located in old town so really convenient to go to tourist spots. Also host is very kind.

The property is the top floor of the apartment and is small bathroom.
