The location is excellent, just outside the old town. The size of the apartment is reasonable and the communication with the host is impecable.
The stairs to the apartment are slippery, made of a very worn out stone. I fell descending from the stairs and it almost ruined my trip... The building is pretty from the outside, but the inside is quite dark and dirty.
Also, the apartment could be better cleaned. I've just moved some furniture around and could see all the dust left behind.

The location and communication with the landlord
Too many stairs… and the bad was hard.
