There is an additional Guest House on the property that is also available for rent, and may or may not be occupied during your stay. The front parking circle is the only shared space between the 2 properties. The home is completely private, with no shared space. Back yard is fenced, and private. The guest house cannot view the backyard of this home. PET POLICY: Small dogs may be allowed with owner approval. Reach out with info about your pet prior to booking. A $100 pet fee will be incurred upon pet approval and booking. No multiples. GUEST NUMBERS AND SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: This property can accommodate 8 guests total. The 1st fl den / office has a pull out queen size sleeper sofa, there is an attached full bathroom. The sofa is premium brand American Leather. More comfortable than your average pull out couch because it does not have the crossbar. CAMERA: There is an exterior camera at the front door, facing out to the driveway. Pfeiffer Arboretum is just down the road which is a Land Conservancy on Long Pond featuring a " .7 mile walking loop through diverse forest and wetland ecosystems" Although you will feel far from it all, downtown Great Barrington is just a quick 7 minute drive for shopping and restaurants! -11 min drive to Lake Mansfield for swimming and beach access -14 minutes to Butternut Ski Area, 19 min Catamount Ski Mountain -20 minutes to Tanglewood + downtown Lenox Guests have access to all spaces within this home with the exception of a designated owner closet and utility room.
