O hotel é muito lindo! Localizado perto da entrada do parque Tayrona (mas não era dentro do parque, como eu tinha pensado).
Estacionamento incluído.
Quarto espaçoso, camas confortáveis, chuveiro bom!
Funcionários educados e prestativos, restaurante ótimo.
A iluminação do banheiro não era muito boa, muito escuro na parte do chuveiro. Faltou também um suporte para colocar meus shampoos e cremes no box do banheiro.

L’hôtel est très joli. Les bungalows sont confortables et bien décorés. Très belle végétation. Personnel très agréable et accommodant. Le restaurant est délicieux.
La piscine est très belle également.
Étant donné que l’eau courante n’est pas potable il pourrait y avoir une petite d’eau par personne à disposition.

we liked the location, the beach almost private and long (we couldn't swim as the sea was rough but maybe others will be more lucky) The rooms are modern and comfortable
there's no soul to it, no congruence. For us it was the management issue. To connect all the pieces of the puzzle: the reception and the restaurant, the reception with the housekeeping ... they managed to resolve the issues we had with the room and the jacuzzi etc but they could have been avoided with more care and supervision in the first place.$The worst experience as the restaurant for us: we found a spitted olive pit in our salad and the staff didint even offer to replace it with something else or give us another dish for free nor did the reception.
