It was the right size for us. Perfect location from our daughters sport team who were staying at the holiday park up the road. It was quiet and far enough from the busy ness of Rotorua. It was clean and had all the things needed to make it feel homely.

Lovely property a few minutes drive from town. Owners were in touch and had even switched the heat pump on ahead of our arrival. Loved the welcome touch. Very comfortable stay.

The Dolls House was well set up, private, clean and very comfortable. We had the whole house to ourselves, including a kitchen and laundry facilities. Our stay was enjoyable, being out of the centre of town in a peaceful, quiet area with no geothermal odours. Communication was excellent.
