Great location, host was very responsive and let us check in early. It was a great location near the beach, restaurants and a great bakery at the bottom of the hill. The ac was great and despite being the top floor we didn’t feel like the apartment was ever too hot. The balcony view was amazing and the value for the room was great.

The view from the balcony was unbelievable. The apartment was so nice and clean when we arrived with clean sheets and towels for the 4 of us. The host and staff were so polite and helpful, even replying when I messaged them at 2am to help us out! They gave us clear and simple instructions for everything including how to get there, how to check in, how to connect to wifi, etc etc. It has its own parking which made things sooo easy for us as we rented a car for our stay so we didn’t have to worry about finding parking. Location was also perfect, right inbetween the nice restaurant/night life area and the city center. Both were a walkable distance. Our stay was amazing and will definitely be booking again next time we go to durres!

The AC was good in all the rooms. It was very spacious.
The towels were wet and still drying on the drying rack when we arrived late in the evening. No rubbish bins in the bedrooms. Our friends who were supposed to be in the same building with us were relocated to another building, to another property owned by the same owner as our place. There was no swimming pool, as shown in the pictures. The woman collecting the money showed up right at 10 on our first morning. Then she came back when we were checking out and just walked in, while we had been granted a 1-hour extension for checking out.
