I love the location because of its views of the lake and Central point by getting to the ferry to get around the lake. Nice and quiet little place outside of Menaggio.

Great location and easy walk to the nearest town with a ferry. Great view of the lake and a small balcony for our room that allowed us to enjoy the morning and evening lake.

Very nice and clean guest house. It has everything you need to have a great holiday at Lake Como, comfortable room and bed, good shower, amazing room view of the lake, and lovely staff. Breakfast is available to buy at a very good price too and I would definitely recommend having breakfast there. Good location, only 20 minutes walking distance from main restaurants and shops of Menaggio, 15 minutes walking distance from bus garage, grocery shop, and an amazing beach club. We will certainly come back for our next holiday at Lake Como!
