Hostile and rude hosts ruined the experience

Decent apartment. Close to public transportation. The pullout beds in the living room are nice for a larger group.

1. The hosts were very rude. They seemed friendly behind the guise of a WhatsApp account named 'Rome Apartment', however as soon as we needed help and called them, they were extremely hostile. Nothing like what they seemed like over text. The hosts need a lesson in customer service. 2. Additionally, the apartment is FAR from 'luxury'. Just because it has some cheap new bathroom fixtures does not make an apartment luxury. 3. The apartment had no charm, coziness, or care put into making it a comfortable stay. It's clear that it is simply a money-generating asset for them, not a place that they actually put care into. No Nespresso cups for the machine. No sugar for the coffee. 4. Not suitable for anyone with a physical disability that needs a ramp or reliable elevator service.

Excellent stay, super location, and a kind host.

Nice location with many options of public transport close by. Place was very clean. Someone came in time to give the keys. Best part was the pointers to sight seeing and restaurants at major locations. It was extremely helpful. We did not have to go scouting for restaurants. We just picked one from the list and was never disappointed. And the property manager responded promptly to all queries.

I enjoyed my stay at apartment with my family.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to many tourist attractions. Apartment was clean and comfortable.

Only one pair of keys were available.

Perfect comfortable apartment to explore the city, away from the main tourist track but with good connectivity to bus an

Apartment is in a quiet building, in a great location, near the Termini station - a 10 minute walk away. Good connectivity for bus routes to the rest of the city. Plenty of great restaurants in the streets surrounding the apartment - make sure you explore nearby for some great local pinsa pizza and pasta dishes Supermarket nearby for the essentials. Apartment is very comfortable and has a fully equipped kitchen, beds are comfortable & two bathrooms with shower. A small traditional lift takes you to the third floor Host is great and enthusiastic, good communication prior to the visit, they organised an airport pick up which was welcome as the taxi queue was huge .! Overall a great stay - would definitely recommend

Everything was great .!
