A lovely little cottage - perfect for 2 with all necessary comforts available - tea coffee and sugar. There is a coffee machine if you like proper coffee. Fun decorations throughout make it a delightful place to stay. There is a little area outside to sit in good weather with cushions provided. It was an easy walk into Whitstable High Street and the beach. Hosts kindly let us drop our bags off when we arrived which meant we could explore the area unencumbered. There is a railway running along the back of the property but it did not affect our sleep.

A short walk to Whitstable high street, beautifully decorated and very clean. Designed to a high spec and characterful.
The metal spiral staircase was difficult for my 70 year old mother to get up and down.

I was working away from home and needed a comfortable base. Railway cottages fitted the bill perfectly.
The stairs were steep.

Property was clean and well equipped
Internet was awful and only worked once for about 30 mins. I’d gone to catch up on freelance projects and couldn’t do much at all….
The other thing is which you can tell from photos really - it’s a very dark property so when it’s sunny you feel stuck in a cave!
