Host was very welcoming and prompt on messaging back with any questions I had. Was very clean, and well stocked! There is a wagon with ALL beach necessities including chairs and umbrella which was an absolute gameeee changer! Pool is very clean and there is a laundry facility on site. Most everything is in walking distance! We did uber over to John’s pass which was super cheap! We also had the pleasure of seeing the dolphins play right at the back dock!I will be staying here again. Very satisfied!

Great location. You can walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, bars. The fishing pier on the property was also nice.
The property could have been cleaner. There was trash in the grass , which is also the only place to walk the dogs.

The room itself was small but cute! Big bed and nice pull out couch so can fit 4-5 people I’d say. Very nice and updated bathroom. The temp of the room stayed comfortable throughout. A very quick walk to the beach which we loved! The pool at the condo is heated and was super nice. The property and the dock behind the property is so cute and great for pictures. The owners provided beach chairs, a cooler, and a wagon which were game changers for our beach days. Definitely recommend!!
It can get smoky if you’re using the oven.

Great location and price
The entrance door and the bathroom door very hard to open and close. Looks like the hinges are loose. We had to lift up on the doors to open and close them.And there was a loud air conditioner above on the roof we could hear.
