Mieszkanie jest piękne, czyste, bardzo przestronne. Widać że nie dawno był remont. Wszystko jest nowe. Nie zniszczone. Balkon jest super. W mieszkaniu są wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty oraz wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy w kuchni. To bardzo dobre miejsce warte polecenia. Lokalizacja jest po prostu wybitna.
Wszystko było super. Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń. Jedyna rzecz ale nie wpływająca na Gospodarza to że ten plac jest jednym z miejsc spotkać młodych ludzi którzy lubią tutaj imprezować i zachowują się dość głośno całą noc. Jeśli ktoś jest czuły na takie dźwięki to nie będzie dobre miejsce dla niego.

Die Lage war fantastisch oberhalb des Piazza della Santissima Annunziata direkt unter den fantastischen Renaissance-Säulen mit einem kleinen Balkon. Von hier aus lässt sich der Platz wunderbar beobachten und die gesamte Altstadt hervorragend erkunden. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und sehr clever eingerichtet.
Die Piazza ist ein bei Jugendlichen sehr beliebter Treff und daher wird es auch Abends bis Nachts manchmal recht laut. Auch viele Busse fahren direkt an der Straße durch. Die Fenster schlucken aber das Meiste, wenn man diese zum Balkon schließt und die Jugendlichen waren nett zueinander und es gab keine alkoholisierten Ausfälle (wahrscheinlich viele Studenten der nahegelegenen Universität).

There was a lot of noise and people sitting under the apartment, almost all night long
We had trouble getting good sleep with the noise

Ci e' piaciuta la posizione vicina a piazza della Repubblica e piazza della Signoria; ci e' piaciuta la pizza SS. Annunziata piena di vita giovanile la sera e l'appartamento confortevole con tutto quanto necessario.
In due giorni scarsi di permanenza non abbiamo trovato particolari difetti.
